Due to the digital nature of our products — including video courses and simulator access — which provide immediate access upon purchase, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds once access to digital content has been granted.

This policy is consistent with standard industry practices for digital educational content and complies with applicable consumer protection regulations.

Product-Specific Terms

Video Courses

  • Access to video course content is granted immediately upon successful payment.
  • Due to the instant delivery of digital content, video course purchases are non-refundable.
  • You retain access to the purchased course content for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
  • If the course content is substantially different from what was described on the product page, please contact our support team to discuss resolution options.

Simulator Subscription

  • Simulator subscriptions are billed monthly and provide full access to all simulator markets and features.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain full access until the end of your current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
  • Subscriptions will not auto-renew once cancelled — there are no surprise charges.

Free Content

  • Introductory courses and limited simulator features may be available at no charge.
  • No payment is collected for free content, therefore no refund is applicable.
  • We may modify the availability of free content at our discretion.

Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling your simulator subscription is simple and can be done at any time:

Select 'Manage Subscription'

Click 'Cancel Subscription' and confirm

After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged again unless you choose to resubscribe.

Exceptions & Technical Issues

While we maintain a no-refunds policy, we understand that technical issues can occasionally occur. We are committed to resolving any problems that prevent you from accessing your purchased content:

  • If a technical issue on our end prevents you from accessing purchased content, our support team will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
  • If an issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer alternative remedies at our discretion.
  • Duplicate charges resulting from payment processing errors will be corrected promptly. Contact our support team with your transaction details.

Payment Processor Notice

All payments on footballtrading.app are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle may have additional consumer protection and refund policies that apply to your purchase under applicable local laws.

For any billing-related disputes, you may contact Paddle directly through the purchase confirmation email you received, or reach out to our support team and we will facilitate communication with Paddle on your behalf.
